We Ship to the United States Only
At Colourrpop, we currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Once your payment is verified, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time
We work with a rotating network of trusted national carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is selected based on your location and package size. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to most addresses within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional time.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are not available at this moment.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Delays & Lost Packages
Colourrpop is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, natural events, or incomplete address details. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can initiate a carrier investigation.
