Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unswatched, and in the same condition you received them.
  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.
    Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as lip products, mascaras, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Please check the product page for any final-sale notices.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product, a shade error, or a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@colourrpop.cyou with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item or issue a full refund, according to your preference.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@colourrpop.cyou to request a Return Authorization.
  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. We cover return shipping costs for all eligible returns; there are no restocking fees.
  3. Pack the items securely and attach the label. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 1–2 business days of arrival), we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, but since we offer free shipping, no deductions apply.
